All cleaning has a written specified and schedule agreed with you and available
to Client, Facilities Manager and Cleaners.
Trustworthy and Secure Cleaning Staff:
- We ensure your cleaners are fully vetted, trained, employed (never self-employed),
credential-checked operatives who speak fluent English.
- Our staff wear uniforms and carry ID cards.
- Staff are trained in operation of secure keys and alarm operation as
a normal part of their routine.
Comprehensive Standard Practice:
- Risk assessment and method statements
- Induction training for all staff
- COSHH compliant chemical purchasing
- TUPE compliant assistance for transfer between contractors
- We are fully insured for both Employer & Public Liability
Comprehensive and competent:
We provide a single point of contact for all your cleaning, janitorial and
light maintenance needs.
We also sub-contract maintenance (e.g. decorating,pest control,
care of exterior space)
